3.8 Achieve universal health coverage, including financial risk protection, access to quality essential health-care services, and access to safe, effective, quality, and affordable essential medicines and vaccines for all.

EcoSwell Objectives
Supply the medical centres in the North of Peru with reliable energy, particularly for use in case of a disaster or power outage. The medical posts store vaccines which must remain cold and are frequently affected by power outages, requiring costly replacements.
Support the medical centres with medical electives, who assist the understaffed and under-resourced facilities.
Promote adequate oral health and bodily hygiene practices in local children of school age and their caretakers. Regain the children's oral health through clinical restorative and preventative interventions. Educate the children of Lobitos to incentivize and promote good oral hygiene.
